The Wild Jungle 
Experience what it is like to be in a primitive tribe of
the Brazilian Jungle. Watch as an old witch Doctor is in danger of losing his
prestige in front of his tribe members. Winning back their repect will take
all the magic Zigmont has. Seen below is the lastest stage set that we performed
our jungle act , this is in the Rain Forest of Puerto Rico for a wild corporate
theme party.
A jungle
box is seen on stage and shown empty. With a Dazzling flash a Wild Cat or a Great
White dog is produced. A Zebra Patterned Cloth covers the front of the jungle
box and a second later a jungle girl appears.
The Sacrificial Head Cremation remains in a jungle theme. A girl will sacrifice her beauty for a moment of magic. The head
will be set on fire within two tubes, one made of rusted metal and one
made from a tree trunk, in the fashion of a tribal alter ceremony. The tube is removed
showing a burning Hollywood style horror face. The girl is then
restored to her original beauty.
The sword basket - A woven wicker basket with barely enough room for a woman to
squeeze inside is the nature illusion of our jungle theme. A woman is placed magically
in with the aid of a silk cloth and a lid is placed on top. Four spears are pierced
through the basket on all sides and then a fifth through the top. The magician
removes the spears, and uncovers the basked. He himself steps inside. The woman
is later revealed to be no worse for the event as she appears from under the cloth.
Two old wine
barrels are seen on stands. Zigmont places a tribe member in one of the barrels
and places two discs on either end to lock him in. Now the second barrel has metal
bars on one end and the disc on the other. Both barrels are locked up tight. The
two barrels are locked together. The barrel with the tribe member is set on fire
and exploses. Quickly the barrels are separated and the tribe member has transfered
by magic to the empty barrel and is seen though the bars.
The theme continues with the jungle dancers marching down the aisle
in white robes with hoods holding candles. The procession marches
on stage. One girl is chosen to lie down on a altar top. She is cover
with a cloth and made to floating off the altar then high above the stage.
She is vanished 10 foot in mid air.The cloth slowly drops to the ground.
